UHY Fay & Co is a member of UHY, an association of independent accounting and consultancy firms, whose organizing body is Urbach hacker Young International Limited.
UHY allows us to share experiences and know-how with more than 6.000 professionals in the world, to organize multidisciplinary work teams for transnational operations and have access to more than 200 offices around the globe. The UHY network ensures that wherever you are and whatever the business you want to do UHY Fay & Co will be able to help you achieve your business objective effectively
UHY has been named one of the first full members of the newly created Forum of Firms, an association of global accounting networks created by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Only a reduced number of global firms have been accepted after reporting that they have implemented a globally coordinated quality assurance program and are committed to the use of International Standards on Auditing (ISAS).
Our partners are highly involved with the network, one of them is a member of the UHY Board of Directors, another partner chairs the UHY Tax Special Interest Group and a third sits on the UHY Technical Committee in charge of the admission of the network in the Forum of Firms. It is relevant to mention that UHY Fay & Co is the third firm of the network, after the USA and UK firms, in referring work to the rest of the UHY’s firms which highlights our international character.
Our professionals also benefit from the synergies generated within the network. Since 2002 UHY Fay & Co organizes yearly the UHY Forum for managers, an essential event within our development programme, where representatives from associate firms worldwide are present. Furthermore, our team’s participation in exchanges with other firms is a practice that has proved its effectiveness in the area of specific training as well as overcoming language and cultural barriers.
