The latest secondee at UHY Fay & Co enjoyed a three-month secondment at UHY Haines Norton (Melbourne, Australia) where he has been able to exchange the know-how of the different procedures and protocols used in both offices.
He says that "it has been an excellent opportunity to expand my experience in the profession . I was very impressed with the profesionalism of the managers and partners and truly appreciate the time spent by some helping me deal with issues requiring local knowledge. I have learnt a lot and, on my return to Spain, I made sure to share all this knowledge with my colleagues as this is what it is all about, learning, growing and transfering knowledge"
