Transfer Pricing Manual

This book, written in Spanish, is a practical guide to understanding the new Spanish legislation on transfer pricing.  Changes were introduced by Law 36/2006 for Fiscal Fraud Prevention and developed by the Royal Decree 1793/2008 of November 3rd, which modified the Corporate Tax regulation.

The book gives first a vision on general issues and goes through the history of the Spanish Fiscal System that has led to the new legislation on transfer pricing. Thereafter, the books goes through specific issues such as VAT in related party transactions, advance pricing agreements, adjustments on the transactions' value and how transfer pricing affects the audit process. In the last chapter there is a comparative analysis of relevant rules and legislation in 73 different countries including pricing methods, documentation requirements and penalties.
