- Income Tax 2008
The period to submit the Income Tax of 2008 is from May 4th to June 30th 2009. Up to June 23rd 2009 with reimbursement to a bank account.
- Period to submit, modify and confirm the tax draft: from April 1st to June 30th, 2009.
- Period to submit income tax with return: up to June 30th, 2009.
- Period to submit income tax with reimbursement to a bank account: up to June 23rd, 2009.
- Period to submit income tax with reimbursement (not a bank account): up to June 30th, 2009.
- Period to submit income tax when resul is 0: up to June 30th, 2009.
FISCAL NEWS 2008:
- The obligation to declare Net Wealth Tax has been eliminated. A bonification of the 100% of the fees dues on Net Wealth Tax will be applied to all persons liable.
- From February 19th, 2009, Spanish entities must prepare and maintain certain mandatory documentation when they enter into transactions with related parties or entities located in tax havens. For more information click here.
