The Tax Reform
We have finished the first year after the enactment of the Tax Reform (Law 36/2006) and we aim to go through all the changes and opportunities that the reform offers to take them into account for the year 2008. The program will cover:
- Changes on Corporation Tax
- New Regulation for Party Transactions
- Main Amendments in respect of VAT
- Law of Fiscal Fraud Prevention
- Changes that affect Personal Income Tax
This training program is directed to financial directors, tax departments, accountants, managers and, in general, to any professional involve in the tax organization of a company. Speaking Spanish is a requirement as this training will be given in this language.
