Next 21-24 of September UHY will be celebrating its UHY Leadership Forum in Málaga.

Since 2002 UHY Fay & Co organizes the UHY Forum for executives and managers of the different firms worlwide, an essential event within our development programme, to develop skills in negotiation and leadership.

The UHY Forum aims to broaden participants' horizons, create a sense of belonging to a global organisation and foster a UHY culture. Participants: 

• Share knowledge and
• Develop relationships with UHY's professional staff in other countries
• Develop a broader view of business and international clients' needs
• Develop management and commercial skills, including negotiation and leadership.
• The courses are taught by first class teachers and professionals that follow the case method, where assistants try to find solutions to real problems. A highly effective way to develop communication and interpersonal skills.
  

During this time more than 250 UHY professionals have participated, and many who attended the Forum as managers have achieved their goal of becoming partners.

This year we celebrate the UHY Leadership Forum which will gather participants from previous editions.
