Spain and the United Kingdom have signed a <strong>Withdrawal Agreement<\/strong> to protect United Kingdom nationals residing in Spain at the end of the transition period, as well as their third-country relatives, being members of the family before the end of the transition period (except for future children).<\/p>\n<p>Unless covered by the subjective scope of the<strong> Withdrawal Agreement<\/strong>, United Kingdom nationals entering Spain after 1 January 2021 shall be considered as third-country nationals.
