The UHY Forum<\/strong> has had 40 representatives from 17 countries to promote the leadership of the future leaders of UHY<\/em><\/p>\n

San Telmo Busines School has participated in the development of the program of the meeting with professors of international prestige<\/em><\/p>\n

UHY International<\/a> has held the 20th edition of the UHY Forum<\/strong> in Malaga from September 21 to 24, a program aimed at the future leaders of UHY, the leading international consulting and auditing network. The meeting is focused on the participants developing their leadership and negotiation skills as a basis to achieve objectives through good management of their teams.<\/p>\n

“UHY has always opted for this type of program because it is essential for the development of our professionals, as well as for the creation of international multidisciplinary teams involved in transnational transactions”, explains the Managing Partner of UHY Fay & Co, Bernard Fay, who has worked on the four continents with UHY International. \u201cWe can proudly say that the goal set since its inception in 2002 has been achieved,\u201d Fay underlines.<\/p>\n

UHY Fay & CO \u2014Spanish member of UHY\u2014 has been betting on closeness, clarity and courage for 40 years, which has led it to position itself among the top 20 professional services firms nationally and internationally, according to the Expansion ranking.<\/p>\n

With 20 years of history, the UHY Forum<\/strong> has become an event of great importance for the development of future leaders of UHY International. “More than 500 participants from UHY member firms around the world have acquired soft skills, which we prefer to call power skills,” says Fay, who describes the annual meeting as “an unparalleled success.” Likewise, the Managing Partner highlights the \u201centhusiasm of the participants in each edition\u201d and the quality of the training provided by San Telmo Business School.<\/p>\n

UHY Fay & Co has been in charge of organizing the UHY Forum<\/strong> at the Hotel Fuerte de Grazalema (C\u00e1diz) and has relied on San Telmo Business School for training, a center of excellence for training and development of managerial skills. The case method has been the main teaching tool used and has been developed by professors of international prestige.<\/p>\n

For the professor at San Telmo Business School, who is also director of this program, Jos\u00e9 Miguel Amuedo, “creating an international network of Professional Consulting Services Companies<\/a> is not easy.” \u201cTo the commitment of the partners, we must add the establishment of a network of international contacts among those future leaders called to guide the destiny of UHY. This is precisely one of the main objectives of the UHY Forum<\/strong>\u201d, Amuedo emphasizes, recalling that \u201cmany of the current directors of UHY have been part of previous editions with full satisfaction\u201d.<\/p>\n

The UHY Forum<\/strong> has brought together in this edition 40 representatives from 17 countries that include Canada, Spain, the United States, Malaysia, New Zealand, Poland and the United Kingdom. \u201cIt’s a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with people from all over the world,\u201d says Thomas Whalen, Managing Partner of the firm in Germany. \u201cThe event is a great opportunity for young talents and fosters a flow of creativity and new ideas for the growth of UHY\u201d, he concludes.<\/p>\n

At a national level, UHY Fay & Co has 150 professionals spread over offices located in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bMadrid, Malaga, Marbella, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Santander and Santiago de Compostela.<\/p>\n

For its part, UHY, the international network of consulting and auditing firms brings together more than 300 offices, located in more than 100 countries, and more than 8,000 professionals.<\/p>\n
