With more than 20 years of professional experience, Jorge specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, capital markets and corporate governance. His experience includes advising on complex transactions, listings on regulated markets and asset tokenisation, bringing a strategic perspective to the legal and business challenges faced by companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Jorge Cuello holds a Law degree from the University of Seville and has completed several postgraduate programmes specialising in business and corporate law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    His academic qualifications include an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in collaboration with Harvard Law School; a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from Instituto de Estudios Cajasol; and a University Master’s Degree in Research from the University of Extremadura.<\/span><\/p>\n
