  • From September 10th to 13th, the XXII Edition of the UHY Forum was held at the Hotel Fuerte Grazalema (Cádiz, Spain) — bringing together delegates from 16 different countries.
  • The event was designed to strengthen global leadership within the network and encourage international collaboration.

The XXII Edition of the UHY Forum was celebrated this year at the Hotel Fuerte Grazalema in Cádiz (Spain), bringing together delegates from 16 countries (Germany, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, the United States, France, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Panama, Poland and the United Kingdom).

The event featured a programme of strategic sessions, practical workshops and networking opportunities designed to promote leadership and international cooperation.

Some of the highlights of this international forum included:

  • The opening session, ‘UHY International,’ led by Roberto Macho (Chairman of UHY International), Óscar Gutierrez (member of the UHY International Board of Directors) and Bernard Fay (Managing Partner of UHY Fay & Co and former Chairman of UHY International).
  • A competitive and collaborative negotiation session, with practical exercises led by Manuel González, professor at San Telmo Business School.
  • Lectures by Luis María Huete, professor at the IESE and San Telmo business schools, on organisational culture, resilience and business motivation.
  • The session ‘UHY International – Present and Future’, in which Roberto Macho and Rhys Madoc, CEO of UHY International, analysed the challenges and opportunities facing the network globally.

One of the most eagerly awaited moments was the presentation of the UHY Forum Award, which recognised the most outstanding delegate for her participation and leadership, Samantha Eidinger, Partner at UHY Victor LLP. The winner received an invitation to attend the next UHY Annual Conference in Sydney, Australia, to be held from 22 to 24 October 2025, where she will have the opportunity to share her experience with members of the international network.

As founder of the Forum, Bernard Fay emphasises that ‘the Forum is a unique space where new generations of UHY develop their leadership skills and forge strong bonds with colleagues from around the world. It is the best guarantee that our network will continue to offer a service of excellence, with a global vision and local proximity.’

The UHY Forum has therefore established itself as a benchmark within UHY International, promoting the exchange of knowledge and strengthening professional relationships between firms in different countries. Alumni of the Forum have become key players on the global stage, occupying leadership positions in countries such as the United States, France and New Zealand.
