- The Spanish member firm of UHY International has launched a new brand identity, including a refreshed logo and the tagline “Better business better lives.” This rebranding marks the beginning of a new chapter aligned with the firm’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.
Led by Managing Partner Bernard Fay, UHY Fay & Co is evolving to reflect the growth and transformation the firm has experienced in recent years. “We’ve expanded and adapted our services to meet our clients’ evolving needs, and we felt it was the right time for our image to evolve as well,” says Fay.
This is the first brand update since 2004 for UHY Fay & Co, a firm specialized in legal, tax, business advisory, and audit services. The new identity introduces a fully refreshed visual style, tone of voice, and messaging framework—highlighted by a modern logo and the adoption of a forward-looking slogan: Better business better lives.
This rebrand goes beyond visual change. It signals a renewed commitment to innovation, client service, and long-term value creation. “This is not just about aesthetics—it represents our renewed commitment to our core values: quality, authenticity, and close relationships with our clients. We believe this new identity will help us grow stronger and continue delivering exceptional value to the businesses that trust us,” explain Bernard Fay and Joseph Fay, Managing Partners of UHY Fay & Co in Spain.
The new identity reflects the firm’s continued evolution and vision for the future. “Over the years, we’ve grown and diversified to meet new challenges, and now our brand reflects who we are today and where we’re heading,” they add.
A new look for a forward-looking firm
The redesigned logo features a bold, shield-shaped icon symbolizing the protection and agility clients seek. The upward and forward curves represent growth, ambition, and the firm’s mission to help clients drive their businesses forward.
The new slogan, “Better business better lives,” encapsulates the firm’s commitment to creating long-term value and positive impact for clients and society.
“This brand refresh represents a significant shift—not just from our previous image, but also from the traditional look and feel often seen in our sector,” says Bernard Fay. He notes that this transformation is the result of months of strategic work. “Our brand already stands for excellence and quality. We believe in our strengths, and this new identity will help us seize future opportunities with confidence.”
UHY Cointegra: leading the way in sustainability
As part of this brand evolution, UHY Fay & Co has also announced the renaming of its sustainability and ESG-focused member firm. Formerly UHY Fay & Cointegra, it will now operate as UHY Cointegra. The firm, founded in partnership with Encarnita del Amor and Marta Casasola alongside Bernard and Joseph Fay, has led the group’s sustainability strategy since 2022.
